Sandalfoot South ONE, Inc. has an annual contract with Ship Shape Pest Control. Once a year your Board of Directors will accompany technicians from Ship Shape into each and every apartment to spray insecticide.
Anytime you have a problem with pests / bugs etc. call Ship Shape and they will go to YOUR apartment for another application of the insecticide at NO additional charge.
