Please understand that the Sandalfoot South Phase One Office, located in our Club House, does NOT maintain "Business" office hours. While at least one of your directors will visit the office almost every day, there is seldom someone there to assist you with questions and needs. (Your Board of Directors is made up of unit owners that volunteer for this responsibility.)

If you have a true medical emergency or safety emergency, please call 911 to get help from Sheriff's Department, Fire Department, and Emergency Services,

For regular business needs,  Benchmark Property Management is available 9:00 to 5:00 Monday thru Friday . They do close for lunch from 12:00 to 1:00.

Questions about paying your monthly maintenance, the status of your account, estoppels requests, and other business questions can be answered by Benchmark Property Management.
