If you do NOT live in one of these buildings, you are NOT in Phase One.

The CLUB HOUSE is also Phase One Property

The Board of Directors is obligated and required to enforce all rules and regulations for Sandalfoot South One, Inc. The parking rules are NO exception. Rules must be enforced equally for all residents and visitors.

Rules can be changed by obtaining the approval of  75% of the owners.

Starting April 1st, 2008 a new system to enforce original PARKING RULES will begin. A professional PARKING ENFORCEMENT COMPANY WILL BE ENFORCING THESE Sandalfoot South One, inc. Rules.    To be fair to ALL, no exceptions can be made. The Board of Directors will NOT be "hands-on" with enforcing parking rules. The Board can only assist you in obtaining the stickers or passes necessary to prevent your car, or your guest's car from being towed.

Please READ your Rules and Regulations.... especially the "Parking / Motor Vehicle" rules P1 to P33.

As a REGISTERED owner/resident you should have a permanent Sticker attached to the rear window of your Vehicle.

GUEST PARKING PASSES

Guests MUST have a Temporary Pass hanging from the rear view mirror of their Vehicle.

Permission to park a truck, motorcycle, cargo van, or any vehicle not permitted an "owner/registered resident" will NOT be given to a guest.

Naturally, service trucks and vans are allowed on the property during the day to do contracted work for you. Air-conditioner repairs, plumbing repairs, furniture deliveries, etc will require work vehicles during the hours the work is being done.

{DO REMEMBER that construction within your unit does require a building permit from the county and Board approval.}

 

Guests, especially nighttime guests should provide you with: dates they will be on Sandalfoot South Property, make and model of vehicle, and registration number.

 

STEP 1: Get Application for Guest Parking

You can be given a Temporary Parking Pass application by contacting the Board of Directors.

You can download a Temporary Parking Pass Application from the Sandalfoot South Home Page.

There are Temporary Parking Pass Applications in rear of Club House nest to Forms Distribution Unit.

STEP 2: Fill out Application

STEP 3: Return application to OFFICE by passing it through the slot on Office Door in front of Club House.

Step 4: Pick up the Guess Parking Pass at the Rear of our Club House inside the Forms Distribution Unit.

 

SPECIAL NOTE OF EXPLAINATION

 

Because the Board of Director's office is seldom "Manned" a new combination lock - lock box - has been installed at rear of club house.

You will be given a temporary box number and a temporary combination number so that you can retrieve your Guest's Parking Pass.

If available to you.... email is the BEST way of communicating. Our telephone voice mail will also work, but not as quickly. When communicating we need your name and unit number. If we need to communicate by phone, we need your telephone number and best times to call.

Please understand that this system is used because it is MOST unlikely that you'll find someone IN the office when you need a Pass or other assistance.
