Board of Directors Meeting

Wednesday, September 17, 2008

 

Present:  Raymond Brooks-Vice President, Robert Denoncour-Treasurer, Gerald Hammett-Secretary, Anthony Cirillo-Director and Dan Sugarman from Benchmark Property Management

 

Call to Order

Meeting was called to order at 2:05 p.m.  Pledge of allegiance was presented.

 

Minutes

Minutes from May meeting were read.  Bob Denoncour made motion to accept.  Seconded by Tony Cirillo.  Motion passed.

 

Treasurer’s Report

Presented by Bob Denoncour.  Motion to approve Treasurer’s Report was made by Jerry Hammett.  Seconded by Ray Brooks.  Motion passed.

 

Old Business

·        Dan Sugarman discussed the apartment that was missing keys.  Dan also discussed the new changes to the state condominium laws.

·        A motion was made to have Benchmark draft a letter to be sent to members to retain the officers on an alternative year basis.  Move to accept by Jerry Hammett and seconded by Bob Denoncour.

 

Adjournment

There being no further business to discuss, the meeting was adjourned at 3:10 p.m.
